Ms. Connie Chen

For much of her life, Miss Chen has known that she wanted to work with children, both within the public school system and privately with her church.  Miss Chen completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside where she received a B.A. in Liberal Studies and a minor in Education. She then continued her education at Pepperdine University and received her teaching credential along with a Masters in Education.  Miss Chen currently teaches 3^rd grade at Hughes Elementary in Santa Clara and has enjoyed her teaching career thus far.  She has a passion for learning and keeps herself busy with creating new teaching strategies to better foster the needs of her students. In her spare time, Miss Chen enjoys traveling and hanging out with her friends and family.
