Tuition: $575 for each class
Please select from one of the following payment options:
- Tuition will be $570 for those who pay in full by check or cash at the time of student enrollment in the class.
- Tuition can be paid in two equal parts, a first payment of $287.50 must be received when reserving a spot and the remaining $287.50 is due on June 4, 2013.
- There is a three payment option, a first payment of $200 must be received to reserve the spot. The remaining tuition is due in two installments: $200 due on April 4, 2013 and $180 due on June 4, 2013.
Please note: In order to reserve a spot in any class, one of the above tuition options must be followed. Tuition is due within 24-48 hours from the time the registration is received.
- A $100.00 cancellation fee per student will be charged per class for all cancellations received until May 16, 2013.
- 1/2 of the tuition fee of each class will be charged for all cancellations requested after May 17, 2013.
- All tuition is due no later than June 4, 2013.
- No refunds will be issued once classes have begun. No refunds for missed classes.
We take your privacy seriously. We only ask you to provide information that we need in order to register your child for classes at Mill Creek Academy, LLC.
We don’t share the information you have given us with any person or organization external to Mill Creek Academy, LLC. We do not sell your name and/or personal information to anyone.
