Sophomore Strategies Comprehensive Package
The Sophomore Strategies Package is designed for the student who wants a head start in the college planning process. By beginning early, the student has time to explore different activities and interests that will allow him/her to find validation in a potential major. This package includes everything noted in the Junior Jumpstart Package / Senior Success Package, and in addition, includes: 3 strategic meetings that will allow students to strategize earlier the following:
- October / November meeting = Discuss extra-curricular activities + evaluate academic planning which includes test preparation
- January meeting = Discuss / plan summer program opportunities
- February meeting = Discuss / strategically plan for course selection for Junior Year + continue to follow up on summer program planning and executing summer program applications and essays
- March meeting = If necessary, continue working with the student on summer program applications and essays
Should your child join us after our initial October timeline, we will still discuss the above details and just tailor our timeline based on when you join the program. Summer program applications and essays are usually completed by the end of February to ensure early submission.
By having an extra year to begin college conversations, students will begin to map a plan of action.
The best time to reserve a spot for this package is Spring before Sophomore year. Additional applications and supplemental essays will incur an extra fee. The Sophomore Strategies package rate starts at $8,000.
