Mr. Joseph Leet

Since receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry in 1998 from San Francisco State University, then his teaching credential in 2000, Mr. Leet has taught Chemistry at the high school and college level for the last 22 years.  Having a passion for both Chemistry and Teaching, he returned to school in 2011, pursuing and achieving a Master’s Degree in Chemical Education from Illinois State University.

Currently, Mr. Leet is teaching Regular Chemistry and AP Chemistry at Westmoor High School in Daly City, California, where he served as department chair from 2008 to 2020.  He is excited to join the staff of Mill Creek Academy, helping to ensure students are able to reach their full potential, both academically and personally while fostering a love for all things Chemistry.
