Ms. Cecilia Mendoza-Torres

Ms. Mendoza-Torres received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with minors in Human Development and Education from the University of California, Davis (UCD). Before enrolling in Graduate School, she worked as a Preschool teacher where she got to practice student centered learning and teach meditation and yoga!

Ms. Mendoza-Torres earned her BCLAD and Master of Arts degree in Education from UCD before moving to the Bay Area. She has taught students ranging from Preschoolers to Adults. Currently, she teaches 5th Grade in the Sunnyvale School District, after two years of teaching 3rd grade.

Cecilia Mendoza-Torres is excited to join the Mill Creek Academy in the fall. In her free time, she likes to train for half marathons and try out new vegan recipes.
