Ms. Christy Dillemuth
Ms. Dillemuth has taught math both in the public and private sectors in the Bay area since attaining her Lifetime Secondary Teaching Credential in 1972. She taught high school and college math for four years with the Peace Corps in Micronesia. Mrs. Dillemuth has taught varied levels of math from 8th grade (at Robertson Jr. High) through Calculus (at CSUH, The Athenian School and at Washington High where she was voted favorite teacher several different years). More recently, she has taught Honors Integrated Math 2 and Honors Geometry at Mission High where she started a computer lab in which Geometer’s Sketchpad was used to enhance learning of Geometry concepts. Ms. Dillemuth has also been an IISME Fellow (at Intel) and has worked with the staff at Ohlone College in the Expanding Your Horizons program. Mrs. Dillemuth retired from Fremont Unified in June 2003.
