Ms. Megan Lipman

A new addition to the MCA family, Megan Lipman is very excited to share her love for science with 7th -8th grade students. Megan Lipman is a former Cheri Sabraw student and a Mission San Jose High School graduate. She earned a degree from UC Davis in Biological Sciences and then pursued her passion for teaching by earning a single subject biology and general science teaching credential from Concordia University in Irvine. Upon completion of the credential program, Megan moved back to her old stomping grounds. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Science Teaching from Cal State University, East Bay. She currently teaches at Hart Middle School in Pleasanton. Over the past 8 years at Hart, Megan has taught both 7th and 8th grade science as well as laptop science, a program which integrates technology into the classroom. During her free time, Megan loves spending time with her husband and two young sons.
