Online Winter 2025 Schedule

Winter 2025 Online Session classes begin the week of January 13 running through May 5, 2025. Enrollment for Winter 2025 will be announced in November 2024.  

Math / Science Program

• The 14-week program is $725 for each course.
• Classes meet one hour per week.
• Runs the week of January 13, 2025 – April 17, 2025 unless your class has a special schedule.
• Due to holiday dates in the Winter season – please make note of your child’s course dates.
• Math + Science programs on Mondays will start on January 13 – April 14, 2025.
• Math + Science programs on Tuesdays will start on January 14 – April 15, 2025.
• Math + Science programs on Wednesdays will start on January 15 – April 16, 2025.
• Math + Science programs on Thursdays will start on January 16 – April 17, 2025.

Language Arts Program

• The 12-week program is $625 for each course.
• Classes meet one hour per week.
• Runs the week of February 3, 2025 – May 5, 2025 unless your class has a special schedule.
• Due to holiday dates in the Winter season – please make note of your child’s course dates.
• Language Arts + Foreign Language programs on Mondays will start on February 3– May 5, 2025.
• Language Arts + Foreign Language programs on Tuesdays will start on February 4– April 29, 2025.
• Language Arts + Foreign Language programs on Wednesdays will start on February 5 – April 30, 2025.
• Language Arts + Foreign Language programs on Thursdays will start on February 6 – May 1, 2025.

No classes on February 17, 2025 + the week of April 21-25, 2025.

Fees & Policies

While the fee payment process is the same for each session, the payment due dates are specific to each session. Please review the fee schedule for each session before registering.

Payment Methods

• We only accept check payments. Confirmation of tuition details will be sent once we receive your online registration form.

• Please note: In order to reserve a spot in any class, one of the above tuition options must be followed. Tuition is due within 2-3 days from the time the registration is received.

Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued once classes have begun.
• No refunds for missed classes.
• Unless a course is not running due to low enrollment, a refund will be processed and sent to your mailing address.
• A $150 cancellation fee per student will be charged per course for any cancellations received prior to the start of the session.
• Tuition cannot be held as credit from one session to the next.

2. Complete and submit the online registration form.
3. The office staff will confirm your registration and provide tuition details via email – please wait for the office staff to confirm your registration before proceeding to step 4.
4. Mail your check. Check is the only payment option available.
5. An email confirmation receipt will be sent once the tuition has been processed.
6. Get excited! Mill Creek will be sending you class Zoom information and details a week prior to the start of the session.
